Teddy also reacted a little oddly in some scenes but overall you smile with their quirky love story. This book felt a little rushed sometimes and it was like they took a leap from friends to lovers a little quickly for my taste. The man is brutally opinionated and despite the fact he might appear as a little arrogant, it’s really refreshing to see someone so open. Teddy has an innocence that is cute and I loved Kip’s honesty. They work as a couple and there is no drama. They are adorable together and although there are so many funny scenes, there is this sweetness between them.
He can be her hairy godmother until he decides he wants to keep her. He stays away from money hungry girls but the innocent little girl almost “screams” for his help. Kip comes from a wealthy family so he hides behind his unruly hair and a grumpy attitude so no one can explore him. She has not found her confidence to take some risks and she doesn’t think a hairy giant can help her but what can she lose?! Her only problem is that everyone especially her so-called friends ignore her and take advantage of her kindness. Teddy is a good girl, a great friend and a hard worker. Sara Ney’s stories make me happy and excited EVERY time! She is one of the best authors who know how to write humorous books and Jock Rule is sweet, funny and sexy!
